Leadership team is caring, diligent, proactive.

The pay could be higher.

Executive Director is eager for a positive change in employee/employer environment. A few of the new management team are willing to put in the time with staff and allow staff to take ownership and acknowledge the positives.

Not a lot of in class support for new teaching staff or older teaching staff. What they say and what they do are very different. I believe they try but are just not up to the job. Perhaps young.
