flexible working time and schedule

Cons

people are unfriendly and cold. very very messy structure and work flow they are just hiring a pair of hands, senior management won't listen to opinions Managers are stupid, poor management on resources

- I was able to work from home during my time in RingCentral - People was nice - WLB

Cons

- Management chaos, the company conduct secrecy lay off and try to hide it. - Efficiency needs improve, roadmap items takes too long to build - Not real agile
