favoritism, bullying, gaslighting, manipulating, etc. leadership is so bad and power hungry they dont care how badly things have gotten. they only care about dictatorship. managers gossip about others to their direct reports. extremely unprofessional and creates a hostile work environment.

Very unstable work environment and Management lacks transparency

Workload is a lot, and can feel overwhelming, but if you are organized and have good time management skills, it's very manageable.

The need to micromanage the minutiae of the day to day by the “executive” team is preventing this company from sustainable growth, and drives inefficiency across the board. There are some select employees who are empowered to maintain a hostile work environment, and those individuals lack the professional skills and aptitude to get this company on a path to profitability. The work life balance is horrific for no good reason.

Green/novice staff across the board Terrible management No foresight or vision for product development Multiple people and organizations doing the same thing Poor internal systems Horrific work environment overall.

As an AM the hours can be long and odd but that’s not Ribbon’s fault its part of Real Estate.
