The mission is strong and the company has an interesting financial opportunity for making money. There are some pockets of kind people that work at the company. The health insurance options and costs are really strong.
Cons
The need to micromanage the minutiae of the day to day by the “executive” team is preventing this company from sustainable growth, and drives inefficiency across the board. There are some select employees who are empowered to maintain a hostile work environment, and those individuals lack the professional skills and aptitude to get this company on a path to profitability. The work life balance is horrific for no good reason.
