Lack of job security, unreasonable expectations, and lack of employee appreciation. Upper management has poor communication and makes employees feel as though they are disposable and not valued. I was laid off without ANY notice or severance, I walked in one morning and 45 minutes later my office was packed and I was on my way home without a job. Agency provides very little training, and new hire training is disorganized. This leaves employees feeling "lost" and then employees are reprimanded and chastised for not doing job correctly.

Terrible healthcare, specifically mental health. The staff goes out of their way to help those who are severely mentally ill, yet there is NO help for staff. Very sad indeed. Extremely toxic work environment.
