Pros

No pros to report at this time. Agency is unreliable and disorganized, great idea but poor execution.

Cons

Lack of job security, unreasonable expectations, and lack of employee appreciation. Upper management has poor communication and makes employees feel as though they are disposable and not valued. I was laid off without ANY notice or severance, I walked in one morning and 45 minutes later my office was packed and I was on my way home without a job. Agency provides very little training, and new hire training is disorganized. This leaves employees feeling "lost" and then employees are reprimanded and chastised for not doing job correctly.

Pros

If I’m being completely honest, there aren’t any pros.

Cons

Everything is based on metrics and productivity. It’s hard to be productive when you have to work with out of date, broken, equipment. I had to share a label printer with another coworker for 9 months because hers stopped working. It’s really hard to work productively when two people are having to share one printer to get their work completed. I was able to find a work around but it slowed me down significantly. If someone quits, and management goes to fill the vacancy, your departmental metrics HAS to be at 100% in order for it to be approved. We had one vacancy position take 10 months to be approved and filled. We haven’t been fully staffed in almost 2 years. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here. It’s terrible.
