      Pros

      Few good employees working hard to keep the company in shape , sad part is they are not getting what they deserve rather they are always demotivated and bugged down.

      Cons

      Lots of fake reviews to start with. I being in senior management know that we have just one system engineer , how come we have more than 10 reviews by system engineer here :D. Situation is pathetic over here that's the sole reason for fake reviews . Everything is going in the wrong direction and nobody can correct it as acceptance is the first step for correction but people here are so full of ego that they will not accept any wrong doings on their part. So I would not waste much of my time in giving review as nobody is listening . Rather I will request people not to join this organisation unless you hate yourself. BTW whats the ETA for next move to demotivate employees?

      This post claims to be from a "Current Employee - VP in Fremont, CA" who states they have been employed for over 3 years. There are 2 VPs in Fremont , both of whom will attest that this did not come from them. The review also states that there is only one Systems Engineer, which is also not true - there are several and have been for many years. LinkedIn will validate this. We invite you to review our employee records to verify both of these facts, and you may also speak with these VPs yourself.

      DOA - But I could mention that there were a handful of decent human beings that I knew during my time with this organization.

      Cons

      Broken Culture, toxic, hostile, and miserable working environment— all about senior management and especially the CEO. She has no concept of emotional intelligence, not to mention integrity, and does not allow for an environment were people feel SAFE to tell the truth. The result is an impossible, toxic groupthink condition. If you dare tell the truth, you’re history. She does solicit 5-star reviews for Glassdoor.com from current employees, I witnessed on several occasions, don’t be fooled by those. It’s a facade, obviously. The 100% turnover is not a mystery.

      They have good product and smart engineers

      I never wrote review but it's obvious recent strong reviews here are fake ones posted by mgmt, some on the same day. The ones before December are real. Mgmt is trying to stuff fake reviews to raise company score to fool people to join but beware! turnover is very bad across the company. This place is sweatshop will total control to changing moods of CEO. no clear direction, shifting focus, very poor pay and stock. this place is a really bad career move. much better options in Silicon valley.
