The interview process did not meet my expectations. The scheduling lacked proper communication, as I did not receive timely updates or confirmations regarding the interview slot. Additionally, the panel seemed unprepared, which made the discussion feel unstructured and unclear. The feedback cycle was also very delayed, leaving me uncertain about the status of my application. Overall, the process felt disorganized and did not provide a positive candidate experience.
