      If only you are associated SI unit you will be little benefited.

      Cons

      No new opportunity and career will be stagnant after some days. Favoritism is prominent irrespective of the unit. No hike and there is no specific appraisal cycle. Any time they can drop the appraisal and max hike they give is 5% in average. Poor resource utilization. 9.5hrs mandatory and very less leaves (16days only). Management is least concern on employees benefits. No team outing and yearly once team lunch (do know what they do with the monthly budget allocated to the team). Middle and upper management is full of relatives.

      pass out batch 2016 btech last year i got placed in prolifics in september 2015. i cleared all 4 rounds of prolifics company and got selected but they didnt send any offer letter . they havent contacted with us and they have not send us joining. prolifics came in our college for campus placement . they selected 30 students , but they have not send joining to anyone. everyone is tensed and waiting for joining. college is contacting prolifics but they are not giving any answers about the joining. students have contacted the hr but they also does'nt respond.

      guys think twice before attending any placement drive of prolifics. its a shame that it companies are cheating students like this.

      I can write whole day about cons but first of all dont believe on new reviews, they wrote these new reviews with flattering titles themselves to increse their ratings. Older reviews are the actual and correct reviews. Full pressure, worst hike(can be 800/month),No work plan, no motivation, nobody took responsibility for whatever happens, boring work culture, no values, they treat you like slaves, no flexible timings, worst proprietorship, absence of common sense, worst HR policies, they only hire freshers so that they dont hve to pay much (extremely money minded CEO/MD)..hhaaauuuffff... and many many bad things... not even a pure level 5 ... please read older reviews before joining this company. Do not join this company if you have any other offer even from a startup... atleast they value your talent.
