New offices is ok. But no real pro for this company.
Cons
I have worked her for a number of years and there are some really good technical guys. More lately there is not so much work. Anyone with bench time leaves quickly. There seems to be a lot of the sales team and senior technical guys a manager also leaving. Now the Indian CFO is running the UK which is a very strange way of working. We seem to acquire random partners.. when it does not work out there management team leave and it seems we invested money in them for no good reason. Pay rises for normal staffs only come if you find another job and say you are leaving. I’m not sure what mr Bolli plan is or if he has a plan. We have many unhappy peoples but no one listen about problems just want you billable 100%
