Pros

Great team and culture, Probrand have changed over the last 2 years with real emphasis on its people, Personally i have always felt supported and recognised for my efforts, I have had 4 promotions in 7 years, Benefits are good with holiday buy back schemes, MHFA support, free gym facilities and onsite cafe For me it has been great to see the positive changes all coming together to foster a team centric culture that drives growth and career satisfaction

Cons

11th Floor can cause some issues when waiting for lifts,

Pros

- Willing to take on employees who don't necessarily have experience within the sector - Opportunities for progression within the Digital Experience team based on strengths thanks to a supportive manager - Solid foundation of knowledge provided upon starting the role and built upon over time through weekly training sessions run by COO - Opportunity for collaboration across departments eg sales, marketing etc - Incentives to drive work ethic eg extra holiday days and vouchers - Opportunities to earn commission

Cons

- Working hours are slightly unusual (8:45-5:30) which can make commuting a bit more awkward especially when working in the office full time - Holiday allowance is low in comparison to other jobs I have seen advertised and also in comparison to the experience that my coworkers have had at other places of work - Sometimes there is a lack of communication between departments which can slow down processes eg between sales and DE team - Limited flexibility in working: the DE team is the only team which does not have the option for hybrid working despite all other teams being either hybrid or remote.

Probrand is a great place to work. It give you a great chance to develop your skills in sales. There is a complete and Transparent structure of where the organisation is heading and as a worker you are involved every step of the way.

Cons

There isn't much wrong with Probrand in my time here I haven't ran into any serious concerns.
