People who work here, below a managerial level work hard to try and make the place pleasant.

Cons

Unfortunately, in my tenure I haven't seen a single initiative the executive team decided to work on completed to a degree where clients have been pleased, and the people on the ground are the ones who cop it.

This company lacks clear structure. Management often seemed more focused on their own benefits than supporting the team. A recent acquisition was poorly managed and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious before joining.
