People who work here, below a managerial level work hard to try and make the place pleasant.

Unfortunately, in my tenure I haven't seen a single initiative the executive team decided to work on completed to a degree where clients have been pleased, and the people on the ground are the ones who cop it.

Flexible work arrangements, great office location

Technology department has been taken over by ridiculous management style people, CEO is very aggressive, maybe good for investors, but not good for employees anymore. But without a great culture with great people, how long can this company last for ? Good luck Praemium
