If you like argumentative, excessively demanding, uncaring leaders, this is the place for you. There really are no pros!
Cons
Uncompetitive salary. Awful benefits. 60-70 hour work weeks. Prepare to give up your life if you work here. The worst culture I’ve experienced. Incredibly high turnover. Awful clients that don’t respect you as a human being. Management let’s clients walk all over them and the team. No backbone.
The culture is supportive, entrepreneurial and results oriented. New owners and leadership has made several changes from past ownership. Great client roster. Room to grow and make a direct impact.
Cons
Not many cons. Company shifted to remote last year during early days of COVID. Shift went well. Remote may not be for everyone but we plan to be back in an office when conditions are safer.
-Culture was fantastic
-Everyone acted as a team, picking up where help was needed
-Actively listened to any concerns that one may have, and work to resolving such concerns
-PTO and work from home days were a plus!
Cons
-Due to agency life, the pay wasn't the greatest
-Have a tendency to overload some people with work since it is a smaller agency
-Sometimes had to take my computer home to finish up work on nights and weekends
