-Management consists of workhorses who don't spend nearly enough time with their young children. -ZERO work-life balance! -Management's expectations of everyone is that you will be CONSTANTLY working - and if you are unavailable to work over the weekend or after work during the week it is very clearly looked down upon by Management. -The 'fun' that takes place in the office feels forced. -Everyone is afraid of being honest to management and the CEO. -The onboarding program for any new hires does not exist so you will be thrown into the wild pretty quickly and there are extremely high expectations. -Everyone in the office constantly seems nervous because they are afraid of messing up and having someone in management call them out. -Management is extremely rude and not afraid to talk down to you.
