Cutting edge, constantly wanting to improve their services to allow people to carry out their research faster and with greater ease.
Cons
Dysfunctional, toxic, and arrogant C-level team. They have chewed up and spit out so many amazing employees because of clashing personalities. They were running the company for a while like it was a SaaS company. You are expected to dedicate your life to the company and even then, if you say the wrong thing to the founder(s) you are likely to be gone the next day. People work in fear.
