Plasmidsaurus interview questions

The interview with the lab manager and on-site supervisor was fairly standard with questions about sequencing chemistry, troubleshooting PCR, etc. The interview with the founders is where things went left. One was not present at the call due to a scheduling the mistake. The other asked vague questions and got visibly frustrated with me when my responses were not as specific as he wanted. He assumed that I took extra time to finish my degree when I actually finished a semester early...that comment seemed like a microaggression. When he compared working at the company to improv, I knew it wasn't for me.
