They come to My college on campus placement and they recruit me for prop. advisor and they gave me a ctc of 2.88 in which they does't tell about the training is also their in their Job Description And in training if you cant pass it they dont gave you any chance they just fire you and they not even gave gave a training salary to me also. They are unprofessional that they are not given that much information to us while joining you get to know that you can be fired and they are not providing training or mentor is also not their who can teach you any I am advicing to a new fresher please dont join this company this is ridiculous company to join. This company is that much worst that I cant even give a single star on it.

I worked in this company for 1 year, everything was going smooth and suddenly one day CEO called me and ask me to leave the organisation before the salary date. I was hadling team there. Its been more than 4 months they didn't do the Full and final settlement. After requesting CEO, Mr. Manik Kinra directly told me "I will not give you a single peny do whatever you can do" you can try other way to get your salary. This is the response you will get from a company like PIN CLICK.

Dear Sourav Apologies for the trouble you faced while working with Pin Click for over an year. As per the records, the communication on FNF & committed deliverables was made 45 days before you were asked to leave by the Sales Head and its surprising you see above false claims. If you have any queries or issues regarding the communication pls. connect with HR !

No Pros whatsoever. Decent Pay and office located at a good location.

Pin Click is a real bad startup to work for. Couple of Co-founders left the company regarding some internal misunderstanding. Founders there do not have any idea on how to run a real estate business. More than a tech company its a brokerage firm but they represent themselves as a real estate tech company 1) Inexperienced Founders 2) No clear vision 3) Inexperienced Employees 4) Worst Office. Too crowded to work. 5) Start-up culture is too bad. 6) hiring and firing is a way of life here. 7) management do not care for anyone 8) Bad execution of plans 9) Zero perks. All the reasons for why its still struggling to make a mark on real estate scene in India
