Worst Start-up to work for - Anonymous employee Pin Click Employee Review

Pin Click is a real bad startup to work for. Couple of Co-founders left the company regarding some internal misunderstanding. Founders there do not have any idea on how to run a real estate business. More than a tech company its a brokerage firm but they represent themselves as a real estate tech company 1) Inexperienced Founders 2) No clear vision 3) Inexperienced Employees 4) Worst Office. Too crowded to work. 5) Start-up culture is too bad. 6) hiring and firing is a way of life here. 7) management do not care for anyone 8) Bad execution of plans 9) Zero perks. All the reasons for why its still struggling to make a mark on real estate scene in India
