Pros

There are some great people who have gotten stuck working for this dead-end company. Your manager is probably too incompetent and stressed to realize that you are not actually doing much work.

Cons

Endless series of meetings about when more meetings will happen. Nepotism. People who complain and whine and make trouble are rewarded over people who keep their heads down and get their job done. No matter how good of a job you do, they will look to fire you to replace you with someone who is cheaper. Management is terrified of dwindling profits, and look for scapegoats to fire to cover up for their own incompetence.

Pros

Pay is higher than average, but that is the only way they can get any one to work there.

Cons

All Hope Abandon, Ye Who Enter Here. Welcome to the worst place you will ever work in your life. Toxic work culture? Check. Meaningless redundant paperwork? Check. Micromanagement? Check. Top down management style run by petty vindictive sycophants? Check. A tiny petite little Napoleonic figure who dreams of running the entire company? Check. I am currently slogging through the hell that is Photocraft. Pass on this place unless you are a masochist.

Pros

Interesting mix of creative work. Paychecks never bounced.

Cons

The most toxic place I've ever worked. Management fails to listen to serious concerns. Management promotes harassment by rewarding troublesome employees and firing those who complain about mistreatment. Many broken promises covered up by lies and deceit. Managers will lie to cover their own failures while blaming those around them.
