      Pay is higher than average, but that is the only way they can get any one to work there.

      All Hope Abandon, Ye Who Enter Here. Welcome to the worst place you will ever work in your life. Toxic work culture? Check. Meaningless redundant paperwork? Check. Micromanagement? Check. Top down management style run by petty vindictive sycophants? Check. A tiny petite little Napoleonic figure who dreams of running the entire company? Check. I am currently slogging through the hell that is Photocraft. Pass on this place unless you are a masochist.

      Pros

      Self employed freelance. Great when the work is there with lots of opportunity to make money. Freedom to work from home office and take long lunch with family

      Self employed freelance. Long hrs and always on call. No PTO or sick leave. Pay for health and other benefits out of own pocket
