If you don't, it sucks. I worked in Operations, where they expect you to be another cog in their cold machine. Metrics is all that matters, and neither the management or HR are willing to help you whenever life comes at you. It has all the cons of working in a big company ("company culture", endless bureaucracy, rigid procedures, useless DEI training) without almost any of the pros, and salary was pretty bad. I've had to quit in order to preserve my mental health and they outsourced my job to Perú not long after.
