-Excelent pay, way above market. -Excelent culture, lots of freedom. -Excelent upper management, they were really supportive at all times. -Work from home.
Cons
-The workload it's absolutely chaotic, expect to work up to 12-14 hours at times. -Little room to grow; don't expect promotions of any kind for a while if you work in finance or in data.
