Cons

No benefits, no structure. Expected store managers to work 60+ hours a week for only a salary of $27K. After commission you were maybe making $30K a year.

A solid, established service provider in the telecom industry handling both wired land based services as well as radio access networks for the top 2 carriers.

Cons

In the area i was hired for, horribly disorganized, shop and yard looked like sanford and sons, microwave crew lead doesn't speak english, can't write english, can't use a smartphone, can't use a computer, can't climb to rescue, has poor rigging skills evidenced by the bashed in side of his truck.

Poor management. You can be the number 1 salesperson in the company and they pretty much bow to you, but anyone under#1,nothing is ever good enough.
