Attrition rate is on the high side.

If you want a paycheck and a job this is for you. Ambition is not rewarded here, and you'll be stuck in a dead end job forever. Constantly our engineering budget is getting cut, and somehow they expect miracles out of us. The chip shortage doesn't help either.

Carrier growth is slow vertical movement takes time very little changes of converting contractors to full time

Extremely disorganized Too many middle management layers, many of which are incompetent or redundant Very siloed groups, making it almost impossible to collaborate, share knowledge or ask for help Fairly toxic company culture with groups functioning as adversaries, mostly because of overwork and understaffing. The first impulse is to deflect any responsibility. Process is completely bureaucratic and ineffective, and actual questions about how to manage time or priority are deflected by appeals to work more hours, but ambiguously. Hence work life balance is completely dependent on how you navigate this dynamic. You will be massively taken advantage of if you’re too passive.
