Pros

Generous PTO, pay and benefits are pretty decent, it's not a toxic culture, and not much is expected out of you. The work/life balance is amazing.

Cons

If you want a paycheck and a job this is for you. Ambition is not rewarded here, and you'll be stuck in a dead end job forever. Constantly our engineering budget is getting cut, and somehow they expect miracles out of us. The chip shortage doesn't help either.

Pros

Size of company is not insanely big so you don’t just feel like a number here. Everyone is so nice and helpful, they want to see you succeed and will help you do it. Ability to work hybrid so you can from home too!

Cons

Going in the office, just because of commute, because it is a nice office.
