Not much benefit to mention

Where do I begin? The company is under the title of a “Minority Owned Business” … it ain’t true. The CEO is a white man that is a narcissist. There is NO work life balance at this place .. unless your related to the CEO. Culture is toxic .. leadership is so afraid of the CEO who thinks he’s God that they don’t support the workers they manage. This place can’t retain good talent because of how bad of a CEO this company has. He belittles his workers and speaks to them with no respect. He doesn’t care for his workers … he constantly micromanages all his workers … I mean there’s at least 4 cameras in each room .. felt as If I was in a reality tv show. This place made me literally sick … They don’t look to push you career wise, they actively lie to your face .. caught a higher up in a lie TWICE. They don’t compensate you well unless your in with the “cool kids”. Stay away if you can. For your own sake … you don’t want to work for a person that doesn’t cafe for you.. during covid my team was in the office in May.

Non stable Easy firing No long term for MSP

Promote work life balance, but there is none. Promote progressive environment and values, but don’t execute. Unstable environment with lots of hiring followed by lots of layoffs.

Minimum experience for leadership hands on experience

They are strict in terms of their environment

Constant changes. Very unstable environment. No skill development investments in their employees. No work life balance.

Management and upper leadership could use improvement
