      Pros

      I don't know. Unless you thrive at doing nothing and not having to be responsible or accountable for anything other than submitting your weekly time sheet. In which case you will most likely find many Pros.

      Cons

      Far too many to list. An unimaginable disturbing experience in nearly every aspect. Quite possibly the worst experience of my life as an employee, customer, or even a person. To the point I was becoming suicidal. Shocking. Team leader exhibited zero leadership skills or qualities. It was bad...

      Great Family Oriented Company

      Pros

      PGTEK is a small company with an atmosphere like a family. On birthdays as well as our wedding anniversary we always receive a card with a gift card inside. It's not just me as the employee though, my kid gets a birthday card with a gift card and so does my wife on her birthday. The HR staff is just faboulous. There are a bunch of different Teams in the company depending on what you do and there's not a lot of intertwine between the teams so your experience is based mostly on your interactions with your Team manager. So I can only speak for the team I'm on.

      Cons

      There's not a lot of PTO, but bench time can offset that. Also, a new recent policy where we are being asked to use a whole week of PTO if we need to take off one day seems a bit extreme.
