I don't know. Unless you thrive at doing nothing and not having to be responsible or accountable for anything other than submitting your weekly time sheet. In which case you will most likely find many Pros.
Cons
Far too many to list. An unimaginable disturbing experience in nearly every aspect. Quite possibly the worst experience of my life as an employee, customer, or even a person. To the point I was becoming suicidal. Shocking. Team leader exhibited zero leadership skills or qualities. It was bad...
PGTEK is extreemly good for beginners - they're very forgiving and inspiring as a company. If you're looking to get started in IT I recommend starting out in their travel positions and get yourself a better understanding with many of the datacenters they work with across the country. You meet alot of great people, free food, free travel (for work) and it's technically a hybrid position. As a salary paid contractor - any time you aren't working a contract you'll be at home training watching videos. You really cant beat PGTEK as a first company.
Cons
PGTEK doesn't have the ability to grant their engineers any software/keyboard access which makes this a mostly hardware role.
