      a lot to learn in the beginning

      Cons

      Something is wrong with the management; there are so many problems to be fixed. Always focusing on small, wrong issues while ignoring the real, big issue. This place restricts growth, and growth slows significantly after a year or so. Don't see much career progression for most roles here.
