Pros
Nice office environment, a good stepping zone for graduates
Cons
Despite being an MNC, promotions and upper management positions are based on merit, with leadership being incapable with no consequences. The fact that more than 10% of staff within 3 months is evidence for the above. However management is always able to fill vacancies quickly due to brand “prestige”.
Recognition and praise are given when results are delivered, but they rarely translate into fair salary increments. I was asked to take on a different role but told that salary adjustments could only happen after a period of time. When it came, was then told to wait again due to “standard procedure”.
Lack of proper management and planning. Projects are often handled last minute, with departments pushing responsibilities around until deadlines are near, only then does management step in to rush employees under pressure.
