- Great training program that really helps you feel prepared for market! Going to Atlanta for two months for the Acadomi truly helped me feel ready to hit the ground running when I got to market. I don't know how I would do this job without that expereince. - People really do want to see you succeed and have created an environment where we can all lean on each other! - The culture is super competitive and fun! There is enough opportunity and success to go around, so it makes it really easy to support each other! - My experience with my Acadomi coach/manager has been great! If you ask for transparency, they will give it! Open communication is always encouraged on both sides!

My experience in the Optomi Acadomi has been incredibly positive. The culture here is truly unmatched—everyone genuinely wants to see you succeed, and that level of support makes a huge difference when you’re just starting out. The training program is one of the best parts. I loved the structure, the clarity, and how hands-on everything is. It really sets you up well for success, and you always feel supported by the team around you. There’s also a clear opportunity to make a lot of money if you’re willing to put in the work. Optomi provides the tools, the environment, and the encouragement to grow, which makes it a great place to launch your career. Overall, my time in the Acadomi has been incredibly rewarding.

Pros
You cannot beat the company culture at Optomi. Everyone is very close, uplifting and there to support you when you need. Leaders are extremely helpful and want you to succeed. The training program is intensive and you will learn so much to help you be successful.
Cons
You just have to work hard and be willing to put in time to be successful - the work you put in will determine your success and compensations.

Hands on training, make new friends, uncapped commission
Cons
Cold calling can be tough some weeks, but overall - it is sales. Coming from another company which was truly cut throat - I dont think Optomi's expectations are out of this world...its literally just normal sales numbers. Benefits could be better or a 401K match would be nice.

There are some great people here and the training program prepares you pretty well
Cons
The culture is highly metrics-driven, which can make job security feel uncertain. Employees may be placed on a performance improvement plan after one underperforming quarter, even following periods of strong success. Expectations often remain unchanged despite broader market challenges, creating significant pressure during slower business cycles. Super hard to make good commission.

Only good thing I can say about this company are the coworkers I had.
Cons
Pyramid scheme: You work your tail off doing the jobs that the people above you should be doing, while they chill and do basically nothing and get paid 30x more. Bad management: They don't care about their employees. They look at their employees as numbers/money, not as individual humans. They quite literally hated my outgoing personality and made me feel like crap. One manager fired my coworker saying, "you don't deserve this job." They don't care about your feelings. They fire half of the training program (Acadomi), knowing that people were paying rent elsewhere, and just didn't care that people won't be able to pay their bills. I've never met management that cared so little for their employees.

- Amazing company culture, it's fun to go into the office every day - Anyone is willing to help at any time. Leaders, teammates, other teams - Unmatched training program that sets you up for success - Meeting tons of great people through training and in your home market - If you work hard, there is tons of potential to make great money and be very successful
Cons
- It could be a slower start, but if you stick it out, you will see success - You have to be a hard worker in training and after!
