      Bad company and racist!!!.

      No policies, no proper checks and balance... no corporate governance

      Cons

      Company lack of corporate governance. Management was and still is over paid, over charging its customers by almost 140% and more and funds from business were laundered out the books by former CEO and senior management of the team. As a result company went to receivership and now defunct.

      Salary always comes late, no support at all It actually not an I.T. company, I would say it is a recruitment agency Overpromised to everyone externally and internally If you are friends to the management, you can just back to the office and do nothing No career value at all, you can only learn how to lies

      Clients was good. Colleagues were good. Now it might shut down IT services.

      Cons

      My last two months salary not paid by Omnitech. Hundreds of times I have make followup. Escalated to senior managers. Those two months were hell for life, will never forgive Omnitech for its sins. Senior Management drags the company to end. Worst management practice. They ate Investors money and employees salaries.
