      Salary always comes late, no support at all It actually not an I.T. company, I would say it is a recruitment agency Overpromised to everyone externally and internally If you are friends to the management, you can just back to the office and do nothing No career value at all, you can only learn how to lies

      Literally no pros I can think of

      Cons

      Save yourself and don't join this place. They just pick up candidates in the hopes of training them and sending to their clients. They don't have enough clients and can't take care of the ones they have. Then they will lay you off when they can't find anyone for you to work at!!
