      Erratic top management. Hot-tempered, unstable, unpredictable. Dishonest bully who cheats employees without conscience. Probably diagnosable by a professional as psychopathic with strong narsisistic tendencies.

      The company has a great team of professionals who are extremely good at their jobs. The knowledge of the team makes it easy to be successful and get things done. The company has a great reputation with clients and candidates which makes it easy to recruit. They take great care of their employees, candidates and clients. The time I spent at Odesus has definitely been a highlight and has elevated my career.

      Cons

      Work load can be challenging at times with so many job orders to manage. Good opportunity to make great commissions but you need to manage your time.
