Very rude higher ups such as the area managers. will speak to you like you are beneath them. also very stupid pay for extremely tough job, doing 20k steps in a freezer.

Working at Ocado Logistics has been an amazing experience. The management team is incredibly supportive and friendly, making the work environment very positive. Colleagues are great, and the team spirit makes every shift enjoyable. The pay is good, and there are so many employee benefits to take advantage of. Shifts are very flexible, which makes balancing work and personal life easy. Honestly, I have nothing to complain about. It's a fantastic workplace!
