Pros

Vans are comfortable enough, early finishes are paid within reason.

Cons

AI-planned routes are sometimes treated as beyond reproach, even when they do not take real-world conditions into account. Because CSTMs assume sole responsibility for obligatory customer communications, an anticipated delay can spiral into a torrent of phone calls which exacerbate said delay, and often result in no response and a reply call minutes later which necessitates pulling over several times.

4 days in the week that’s the only thing!

Cons

1000kg+ a day sometimes you’ll get more than 1500kg+ a day Long drive 35+ deliveries a day most are flats with no lifts Management are the worst If you are lucky you will get 1 hour early leaving They will trick you the first 3 months with less deliveries once done you are done
