Pros

Fuel reimbursement and working remotely

Cons

Commission structure makes it impossible to make commissions. Management has zero experience in the window covering industry, and if you are experienced and have knowledge of the industry you get blackballed from any meaningful conversations with upper management.

Pros

Represents one of the best vertical manufacturers in the world, certainly the best in the sector. Assumes responsibility and self-guidance on the part of non-production employees. Provides consistent quality product and innovation: the basis of positive sales opportunity. Other businesses in this sector have matured to a point of stagnation, so you get to ride a forward moving animal, rather than watching your business' fundamentals degrade over time. Ranjan Mada (not Randy King, as below) is CEO. Focus on face-to-face sales; consultative sales model.

Cons

Marketing (with the exception of Product Marketing) is not a focus.
