no startup culture, no bonus, less increment each year out of market margin , no training , no team building, less communication with each other, everyone in there work as slave, management style firm ,

Pros

- no strict deadlines, good work-life balance - very good foundations and good relations of clients - clients are under the umbrella of parent company. communication is much easier - be eager to develop the engineering culture and keep things improving.

Cons

- the development schedule often changes, but will keep the sprint as stable as possible when it starts - be hard to find suitable engineers because engineers often require to speak in english - be complicated to work across different centres around the world
