Nach dem Bewerbungsschreiben, was das erste Interview in Essen mit den direkten Vorgesetzten und dem Bereichsleiter. Danach nochmal ein Nachgespräch in Niederlassung in Darmstadt um das Team kennen zu lernen

I was contacted by a recruiter from another company and had a short 15 minutes interview about my profile and the company profile. She later scheduled a meeting with the Lead Engineer from their local branch. The Lead Engineer asked me about my past work, my career history and let me talk a little about my skills. He was nice and approachable.
