Pros

Benefits package is great! Bonuses are an added plus. The individual employees are great too.

Cons

Leadership in America is currently very, very weak. The executives who run the show are doing a poor job in executing projects; keeping talent and creating a good work environment. The employee are overwork; understaffed and have poor morale. A lot of office politics created by the executive management make it difficult to work effectively especially as a director or manager.

Cons

-Very toxic atmosphere created by senior leadership -Senior Executive Team is extremely out of touch with employees. Bickering and discord within their own team creates pettiness and makes it difficult to have open conversations -Like/Dislike of individual makes or breaks bonuses, pay increases, treatment and worry of termination -Life/Work balance out of control- some people work until 12 midnight consecutive days once or more a month -Amount of work per person is overload (way more than I have seen in other companies). -Constant worry of -Ungratefulness towards employees especially those who are the most dedicated -Pay is lower than industry/area standards -Individuals are not treated as people but rather, replicable -Out of control gossip/rumor due to Executive team to be transparent. -Hostile treatment by an executive team member has employees scared

Pros

The salary is above market average

Cons

Toxic management culture, starting from the CEO who demonstrates very poor leadership, delivering messages based on threats & fear. This behaviour cascades on top managers below, resulting in a unsane work environment. Huge gap between the company's ambition & expectations towards its employees, and the financial/people resources given to achieve these objectives. No clear strategic direction and priorities, resulting in people being frustrated, lost, having the feeling of not growing, and going on burn outs.

Pros

Nice people, renewable energy focused, decent benefits. Desire to grown and change. Growth opportunity.

Cons

Incredibly high work load, do not seem to care about employee work life balance and nothing is good enough for leadership. Culture is too conservative, no trust from management.
