Every one above the CSR position. Management, questionable ethics. Bait and switch when it comes to job description.

Cons

Never complain about anything. If you do, you will be fired! The “open door policy” is a complete lie! Upper Management will lie to your face and say that things are good and the next day you will be out the door! They will use you and work you into the ground! They ask their employees to post good reviews just so that they look good.

The recent positive reviews, are extremely suspect. Very likely CEO had his assistant post these. The only words to describe working there is what prior employees posted - TOXIC environment due to CEO and senior managers. The employees are very good which is the only reason the business is still viable.
