Too many cons:
1. CEO takes the final interview. Later when you join, he wont even wish you.
2. All departments final call is taken by the CEO. If he had to do this, then why does he even hire people and ruin their careers?
3. You will be promised of a particular designation and your role will be something else.
4. The CEO doesn't trust anyone. He never entertains junior level people to interact with him.
5. Very high ambitions, zero budgets.
6. Total employees were 1200, laid off 750 people. During such crisis, the CEO didn't even address his employees. Within 3 days all 750 people were sacked. Some departments have shut. And the HR team also weren't present during layoff.
7. Monthly reviews with the CEO is a BIG JOKE and waste of time of the employees.
8. No learning and growth.
9. Brains will rot after joining in few months. You cant use your skill sets in this company.
