no personal growth, no promotion

1. Lots of office politics and favoritism. You need to be boss favorite or a part of their inner circle to know many things. Otherwise you are just a overhead 2. No fixed appraisal structure. It doesn't happen and whenever it happens it does not depend on your performance. 3. No scope of innovation and new ideas being implemented 4. Rigid hierarchy structure. Heavy decision making dependence on CEO. Traditional founder driven lala company

Low increament and work much

Too many cons: 1. CEO takes the final interview. Later when you join, he wont even wish you. 2. All departments final call is taken by the CEO. If he had to do this, then why does he even hire people and ruin their careers? 3. You will be promised of a particular designation and your role will be something else. 4. The CEO doesn't trust anyone. He never entertains junior level people to interact with him. 5. Very high ambitions, zero budgets. 6. Total employees were 1200, laid off 750 people. During such crisis, the CEO didn't even address his employees. Within 3 days all 750 people were sacked. Some departments have shut. And the HR team also weren't present during layoff. 7. Monthly reviews with the CEO is a BIG JOKE and waste of time of the employees. 8. No learning and growth. 9. Brains will rot after joining in few months. You cant use your skill sets in this company.

Less Qualified management , No Growth. Only growth if you are any relative of management. Nothing to learn after 6 months of joining. All management level are doing same work , improper work distribution.
