Pros
1. You get the freedom to work on different processes and learn new things 2. Work environment is good and colleagues are co-operative 3. Salary disbursement is on time at 5th of every month 4. Shift Timings are flexible but with prior approval of manager and HOD for valid reasons
Cons
1. Lots of office politics and favoritism. You need to be boss favorite or a part of their inner circle to know many things. Otherwise you are just a overhead 2. No fixed appraisal structure. It doesn't happen and whenever it happens it does not depend on your performance. 3. No scope of innovation and new ideas being implemented 4. Rigid hierarchy structure. Heavy decision making dependence on CEO. Traditional founder driven lala company
