- No Workload - No one ask you what are you doing. - Do not care about work (how & when you do that).
Cons
- No work life balance. - No good technology, Nothing new to learn / growth. - Do not have any process. - Even no job security - weather you do much work. They don't care. - No salary hike. They just layoff peoples when they want. - No benefits / No facilities.
