      almost 16 years on the market yet no idea what they are doing

      Pros

      - good place for people without any commercial experience in IT wrld (work for NATEK 1-2 years and then go to real IT company and make real money) - meeting interesting people - good place for someone who likes to learn solo without any mentoring - quite ok standard benefits (medical health care, multisport, Home Office)

      Cons

      - low salary (for internal and outsourced emloyees) - no one cares if you are satifsfied or not, just do your job! - no interesting customers in PL (no sales team) - many many internal chaanges - no positive results (experimenting is good but only when you tell your employees about reason of a new structure and draw conclusions) - forget about getting money from NATEK to pay for trainings/courses/certificates - working overtime is a standard (if someone finishes work after 8 hours it is a sign that the person is not loyal and not committed to work) and no one pays you for extra hours - employees are mostly young people with fresh ideas but CEO is not so openminded and "he knows best" - focused on recruiting foreigners = Polish IT guys don't know what NATEK is

      - good colleagues and contacts for future

      Cons

      - CEO listens to only one person from the management...try to guess which one - very poor salary comparing with the amount of responsibilities - constant promises of upcoming promotion, but finally no result

      The worst company I EVER worked for

      Pros

      - great and supportive team members (management excluded) but the company cannot take credit for this

      Cons

      - salary compared to the other companies is low and you get one-dinner increase within years! - no bonuses or overtime pay, you get the base no matter how hard you work and overtime or late work is not compansated at all - no career development - you stay at one place for years - no further trainings, webinars, sessions and the company does not invest in it either. It will take a lifetime to approve a course and even then it is just a pocket money that does not cover anything - benefits compared to the other companies are rather silly - fake promises - verbal agreements are like they never existed - AVOID working for this company for the sake of your sanity. They will trick you and leave completely demotivated and frustrated
