      - good colleagues and contacts for future

      - CEO listens to only one person from the management...try to guess which one - very poor salary comparing with the amount of responsibilities - constant promises of upcoming promotion, but finally no result

      Fully Remote work. No issues with regular payments. Additional health insurance. +5 vacation days

      Cons

      Using own tech for home-office which is paid from my own pocket money. No bonuses or real benefits. Slow if any salary increase.
