Poor management due to lack of experience and promotion of unskilled, arogant managers, lack of support from management, unrealistic goals, no vision, poor communication, lack of attention to safety and retention of good staff is worse since Halliburton take-over

The local offices were great to work with but you are just a number in the big picture.

The pay and benefits are very good. The company truck is a must have when driving 1,000s of miles a week.

Cons

The proper training is lacking. It's seemed like they didn't want to invest time or money into a person so they could better benefit the company.
