I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Multi-Chem (Canadian, TX) in Feb 2012

Interview

They were in desperate need at the time, there was no formal interview. I was told " If you show-up in your underwear tomorrow we will have your new pickup truck ready, and uniforms etc.", this did not turn out to be the case. The oilfield is a different environment than most, so the initial claims were not so unusual.

Interview

I submitted resume in Monster.com. I applied the job online. The interview was in phone. Hiring manager knew my former supervisor and got a recommend from the former supervisor. He confirmed about my skill and knowledge. He offered a higher salary than the Trelleborg CRP company. He discussed some conditions of the new company.
