      Reasonable work life balance, but lots of travel

      Pros

      - Really great colleagues. Intelligent, friendly and willing to share their knowledge - I never personally felt pressured to work late or do overtime, barring a few days through the year where something urgent had to be done (but these overtime stretches would typically be less than a week) - I felt able to take vacation when I needed it, never felt pressured to not take it or made to feel bad about taking long vacation - Free, quality lunch

      Cons

      - You may be travelling for extended periods of time to customer site - Low per diem pay for travel - A few times I was expected to take the day before work to travel unpaid (e.g. Sunday evening travel to arrive at customer site Monday morning) though this only happened once or twice in the years I was there - No remote work - Though I didn't feel pressure to do it personally, a fair amount of employees do end up staying late
